When you realize that you can’t fix it, where do you go?
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.Psalm 86:7
Faith is hard.
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.Hebrews 11:1
We easily trust what we have experienced. We easily trust what we have seen. We give considerable trust to what we have heard from trustworthy sources.
We struggle to trust what we have not experienced and have not seen.
There comes a time in life where we must have faith.
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)2 Corinthians 5:7
Everyone has faith in something. Where is your faith?
What is broken in your life that you cannot fix?
Do you believe that Jesus can heal it? Our primary ailment is sin.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.Romans 6:23
Jesus is the answer.
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.Romans 5:6-8
Faith will bring the healing for your sin.
Faith in Jesus will bring peace to the depths of your soul.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.Hebrews 11:6
Your faith will bless and bring healing to others.
Where is your faith?
47When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judæa into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he would come down, and heal his son: for he was at the point of death. 48Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe. 49The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die. 50Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way. 51And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told him, saying, Thy son liveth. 52Then enquired he of them the hour when he began to amend. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him. 53So the father knew that it was at the same hour, in the which Jesus said unto him, Thy son liveth: and himself believed, and his whole house. John 4:47-53
